CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest begins and ends for each eligible market as set forth in the table below (the “Contest Period”):
DEADLINE.
All Entries must be received by the end time and date of the Contest Period, as applicable in each regional time zone. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest. Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered. The local times shown in the Contest Period table above are the equivalent of this single deadline in each market.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Period, visit https://event.onepeloton.com/leaderboardawards2026 (the “Entry Site”) and complete the entry form. The form asks for:
(a) your full name, the email address associated with your Peloton account, your Peloton Leaderboard name, and your country of residence;
(b) the award category you are entering (each, a “Category”); and
(c) a written response to that Category’s prompt of no more than [500] words.
Together, these make up the “Entry.”
CATEGORIES.
The Categories and prompts are:
- Community Superstar (self-nomination only): How have you built, grown, or nurtured a specific sub-community within the Peloton family? Share a specific example of how you have brought people together.
- Champ of the Comeback (self-nomination only): You stepped away from the Leaderboard and came back. How did you make your return, and how has your comeback inspired others? Tell us about your way back, not the reasons you stepped away.
- The Member Motivator (self-nomination only): How do you consistently push others to show up and be their best selves? Highlight a moment where your motivation directly affected someone’s fitness journey.
- Social Media Star (self-nomination only): How does this Member use their digital platforms to spread Peloton’s core values of inclusivity and hustle?
- PSNY Cheerleader (self-nomination or third-party nomination): How does this Member elevate the vibe at Peloton Studios New York (“PSNY”) for both the instructors and fellow Peloton All Access Members in the room?
- PSL Cheerleader (self-nomination or third-party nomination): How does this Member embody the spirit of Peloton Studios London (“PSL”) and make every in-person class they attend a great experience for all involved?
ENTRY LIMITS.
Limit one (1) Entry per person per Category. An individual may enter or be nominated in more than one Category but may win no more than one (1) prize. If a Nominee receives more than one nomination in a Category, Sponsor will judge each Entry separately.
ENTRY FORMAT.
Entries must be submitted in written form, in English or German, through the Entry Site. Sponsor will not accept or consider photographs, videos, audio, links, or attachments. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process, are not accepted by Sponsor.
THIRD-PARTY NOMINATIONS. For the PSNY Cheerleader and PSL Cheerleader Categories, an eligible individual (a “Nominator”) may nominate another eligible Peloton Member (a “Nominee”). A Nominator cannot give permission on the Nominee's behalf. The Nominator may submit only the Nominee's Leaderboard name, together with the Nominator's own observations of the Nominee. By submitting a nomination, the Nominator confirms that they have told the Nominee about the nomination and that the Nominee is willing to be nominated. This confirmation does not replace the Nominee's own consent.
Sponsor will contact the Nominee to confirm consent and acceptance of these Official Rules. A nomination will not be scored, and no information from the Nominee's Peloton account will be used, until the Nominee has confirmed their consent. If the Nominee does not confirm within seven (7) days of Sponsor’s message, the nomination will be void, and Sponsor will delete the Nominee’s personal data submitted with it. Sponsor’s message to the Nominee will also tell them what personal data Sponsor holds about them, where it came from and how it will be used.
Only the Nominee is eligible to win. A Nominator receives no prize. For third-party nominations, the content representations and warranties apply to the Nominator. The grant of rights applies to the Nominator for the words they wrote, and to the Nominee for their name, Leaderboard name and participation, from the point at which the Nominee confirms. The eligibility, verification, and prize terms apply to the Nominee. “Entrant” refers to each, as the context requires.
PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION.
Submit only your own experiences and stories, or, for a third-party nomination, your own observations of the Nominee. Do not include sensitive personal information about any other person, such as health, medical, religious, or sexual orientation information. Do not identify any other person by name or username without their permission.
Please do not include information about your own health or medical history in your Entry. The Category prompts do not ask for it and it does not form part of the judging criteria. If an Entry contains such information, Sponsor will delete that Entry without scoring it, but you are still free to submit a new Entry before the Contest Period closes in this event. Share only what you are comfortable sharing.
CONFIRMATION AND WITHDRAWAL. Sponsor will send a confirmation email after each Entry is submitted. To withdraw your Entry and have your Entry data deleted, reply to Sponsor as instructed in the confirmation email. An Entry withdrawn before the end of the Contest Period will not be considered. This does not affect your right to withdraw any consent, or to ask Sponsor to delete your personal data, at any time after that date.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Entry must be in keeping with Sponsor’s brand, image & not be offensive or inappropriate, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Entry must not defame or violate or infringe upon the rights of any person or entity. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry it determines is not in compliance with these Official Rules.
Entry must be the original work of the Entrant, may not have been previously published in connection with prior contests or promotions administered by Sponsor or any other entity, and may not have won previous awards. Entry may not contain, as determined by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, any content that:
is sexually explicit or suggestive; unnecessarily violent or derogatory of any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group; profane or pornographic; contains nudity;

This does not prevent you from giving the Leaderboard name of a Member you are nominating under THIRD-PARTY NOMINATIONS; contains copyrighted materials owned by others (including photographs, sculptures, paintings, and other works of art or images published on or in websites, television, movies or other media), without permission, to the extent permission is necessary;
contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, voices, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without permission, other than the Leaderboard name of a Member you are nominating under THIRD-PARTY NOMINATIONS;

By submitting an Entry, you represent that the Entry conforms to these Official Rules and understand that Sponsor may disqualify the Entry for any reason, including if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Entry fails to conform to these Official Rules in any way or otherwise contains unacceptable content.
WINNER DETERMINATION:
Within 13 days after the Contest Period ends, a panel of five (5) judges (the “Judging Panel”) will judge all eligible Entries. The Judging Panel will consist of:
four (4) Sponsor employees with responsibility for Peloton’s Member community and studios, including at least one (1) German-speaking judge; and
one (1) independent judge who is a previous Leaderboard Awards winner, is not employed by Sponsor, and receives no monetary compensation for judging.
A judge who personally knows an Entrant or Nominee will recuse from scoring that Entry. Where an Entry is submitted in German, Sponsor will provide the Judging Panel with an English translation, and the German-speaking judge will confirm that the translation reflects the original before the Entry is scored.
Each Entry will be scored out of 100 points as follows (the “Criteria”):
Club Peloton Tier will be determined from Sponsor’s records as of the close of the Contest Period. A Nominee with no Club Peloton Tier receives zero (0) points for that Criterion.
In each Category, the Entry with the highest average score across the Judging Panel will be the potential winner for that Category. In the event of a tie, a tie-breaker judge will judge the tied Entries using the score of the highest following Criteria to determine the winner for that prize:
- The higher Emotional Resonance score.
- If still tied, the higher Community Impact score.
- If still tied, the higher Category Alignment score.
- If still tied, a majority vote of the Judging Panel.
Each potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility, including an active Peloton All Access Membership in good standing, and compliance with these Official Rules.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe that they have breached any of these Official Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include, but not be limited to, entrants suspected of or engaging in fraudulent activity or any entrants suspected of or engaging in improper actions in relation to the Contest. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and these Official Rules where there is good cause to do so, and will give notice of any such change on the Entry Site. Sponsor will not amend these Official Rules to the disadvantage of Entries already submitted. All decisions of the Sponsor and Judging Panel are final and binding. Sponsor will not reveal the judging scores for any Entry.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winner(s) will be notified on November 19 and where applicable, may be required to execute and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within seven (7) days of the initial notification, does not timely return all required documentation, or if a prize notification is undeliverable, or such potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up will be notified.

PUBLICITY GRANT. In addition, Entrant expressly consents for Sponsor and its designees to publish their name and Instagram account handle where legally required. This paragraph does not apply to Entrants resident in Germany or Austria; for those Entrants, see GERMANY AND AUSTRIA - USE OF YOUR ENTRY below.
GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES. Sponsor and its designees, successors, and assigns shall have the unrestricted and non-exclusive right to edit, adapt, publish, copy, display, perform, broadcast, modify, and/or otherwise use any or all Entries, alone or in combination with other material including but not limited to essays, photos and/or videos in any and all media, whether now known or later discovered (including, but not limited to, display on Sponsor’s websites and social media or any third party website used by Sponsor for marketing and advertising purposes), in perpetuity (or limited to two (2) years if such a perpetual license is not allowed under applicable laws and regulations), without restriction of any kind whatsoever, without further compensation to the Entrant or anyone else. This paragraph does not apply to Entrants resident in Germany or Austria; for those Entrants, see GERMANY AND AUSTRIA - USE OF YOUR ENTRY below.
GERMANY AND AUSTRIA - USE OF YOUR ENTRY
This section applies instead of the PUBLICITY GRANT and the GRANT OF RIGHTS TO ENTRIES above if you are resident in Germany or Austria.
1. Your Story. “Your Story” means the written response you submit. Your name, email address, Leaderboard name and country are not part of Your Story and are dealt with under USE OF DATA.
2. Rights you grant. By submitting an Entry you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide right to use Your Story for the purposes and on the channels set out in paragraph 3, including the right to reproduce, store, distribute and make it publicly available; to shorten it, use extracts from it, correct obvious errors and translate it into other languages; and to transfer this right to, and grant sub-licences to, other companies in the group of Sponsor and to service providers and agencies acting on Sponsor’s behalf.
Sponsor will not alter the meaning of what you have written, and will not use Your Story on any channel not listed in paragraph 3.
This right is granted for two (2) years from the date of your Entry or, if you win, from the date the winners are announced. Material published during that period may remain available afterwards in the form in which it was published; Sponsor will make no new use of Your Story after the two years have ended.
3. What Sponsor uses it for. (a) All Entries: to receive, review, score and verify Entries and to contact you about your Entry.
(b) Winners: if you win, Sponsor will announce your first name, the initial of your surname, your Leaderboard name and your country, together with Your Story or an extract from it, on Sponsor’s own website, in Sponsor’s emails to Sponsor’s Members and on Sponsor’s own social media channels (organic posts). If you would prefer not to be named, tell Sponsor when it notifies you and the award will be announced without identifying you. This does not affect your prize.
(c) Any other marketing use: Sponsor will ask you separately and will only proceed if you agree. Neither entering the Contest nor receiving a prize depends on your agreement.
4. How you will be credited. You and Sponsor agree that Your Story will be credited with your first name, the initial of your surname, your Leaderboard name and your country. Sponsor will not publish your full surname or your email address.
5. Payment. No fee is payable for submitting an Entry. A prize is awarded for winning the Contest and is not payment for the rights in paragraph 2. Any statutory right to equitable remuneration is unaffected.
6. Health information. Your Story should not contain information about your health. Sponsor does not ask for it and does not judge on it. If an Entry contains such information, Sponsor will delete that Entry without scoring it and will tell you, so that you can submit a new Entry before the Contest closes. Sponsor will not publish health information about you.
7. Withdrawal. Where Sponsor relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by writing to globalevents@onepeloton.com. Sponsor will then stop using Your Story in any way that identifies you within a reasonable period and remove it from channels it controls. Material already distributed that cannot reasonably be recalled may remain. Sponsor may continue to use Your Story in a form that does not identify you.
Entrant represents and warrants that: (i) Entrant owns the Entry (to the extent applicable); and/or (ii) entrant has the sole and exclusive authority to grant the rights provided in the paragraph above. Entrant further represents and warrants that they have not included details identifying any other person without that person’s permission (except that, in the PSNY Cheerleader and PSL Cheerleader Categories, the Nominator may give the Leaderboard name of the Member they are nominating, whose own consent Sponsor will obtain before the nomination is scored or published), and that such use will not violate the rights of any third parties, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights anywhere in the world. If Entrant(s) submit Entries that do not comply with the representations and warranties in this paragraph, such Entry may be ineligible and disqualified.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY.
For All Entrants Except in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria. By participating, Entrant releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, any other companies or related parties associated with this Contest, Instagram, and each of its and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (each a “Releasee” and collectively the, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with the Contest or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, garbled, stolen or incomplete Entries, emails, posts, comments, or communications of any kind; or for Entries not received for any reason or for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of Contest-related materials; or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive registration or other information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or social platform or any combination thereof; or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Contest, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Contest, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Contest-related materials.
For Legal German and Austrian Residents Only. Sponsor is liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence Sponsor is liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation, meaning an obligation whose fulfilment is essential to the proper performance of these Official Rules and on whose observance an Entrant may regularly rely; in such cases liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of arrangement. Any further liability is excluded. Liability under the German Product Liability Act and the Austrian Product Liability Act, and under any guarantee expressly given by Sponsor, is unaffected. To the fullest extent permissible by law, Sponsor shall not be liable : (i) for any loss or damage caused by a third party who is not acting on behalf of or under the direct instructions of Sponsor; (ii) in the event that all or part of the Contest or Official Rules are cancelled or amended in any way (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law; (iii) for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the Contest, whether due to any acts, errors or omissions by Sponsor, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law; (iii) for any loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings or loss of goodwill; or (iv) for any unavailability of Sponsor’s websites, apps, or social media accounts. Sponsor is not responsible for Entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for technical reasons outside Sponsor’s control. Sponsor will not be liable for its inability to contact a successful Nominator or Nominee as a result of any mistakes or errors in the contact details provided in an Entry. Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by Sponsor’s negligence, or for fraud or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded as a matter of applicable law. These limitations and exclusions of liability shall apply equally to the benefit of the Releasees (as defined above).

Sponsor will give notice of any such step on the Entry Site and will not change these Official Rules to the disadvantage of Entries already submitted. The Judging Panel's decision on the winner in each Category is binding, because these Official Rules name the panel and the scoring criteria in advance. Any other decision Sponsor takes under these Official Rules is made at its reasonable discretion, and nothing in these Official Rules excludes an Entrant's right to have such a decision reviewed by a court.
