Noah Rees is an East Sussex parasport athlete and former county-level rugby player and track athlete. Following a catastrophic 30-foot fall in 2019 that resulted in severe traumatic brain injuries and strokes, Noah applied his athlete’s work ethic to his recovery. Seven years on, he is a national-level para-athlete, holding an English Championships 100m bronze medal in Frame Running, competing in seated throws, and racing as a classified British Cycling tricycle rider—all with eyes firmly set on representing Team GB at the Paralympics.
