HiLit+ Celebration with Rebecca Kennedy

In The Monk’s Mindset, former Buddhist monk and renowned Peloton instructor Sam Yo shares the transformative lessons that guided his journey from chaos to clarity. Drawing from his years of monastic training, meditation practice, and experiences as a performer, teacher, and coach, Sam offers practical insights for cultivating mindfulness, resilience, and inner peace in a world that rarely slows down.

The evening will feature a fireside chat with a special guest moderator, audience Q&A, light refreshments, and a selection of simple mindfulness practices guests can take home and incorporate into everyday life.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or deepening an existing practice, this event offers an opportunity to reflect, recharge, and connect through conversation and community.

Join us as we celebrate the launch of Robin Arzón's collection in Brooklyn on Monday, October 20th with Robin, featuring special guests. This event will take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and will be hosted in the Atrium at Public Records.

As one of a select few, you’re invited to an exclusive sip and shop experience at Public Records. From the first sketch to the final fit, this is your inside look at the process and the purpose behind the drop.

Join us as we kick off the Shakeout Run with an uplifting motivational welcome and a 5 minute warm up. Be sure to stick around after the run for fun photo moments, and a chance to meet your run coaches.

We welcome runners and walkers of all levels to participate and will have designated pace groups to support throughout, with Walk + Run being an option.

A former Division I distance runner with 10 years of coaching experience, Matt Wilpers brings an encouraging energy grounded in athleticism to his teaching style. An avid cyclist, runner and traveler, Matt inspires Members to discover how strong they really are, and how fun training can be.

Marcel Dinkins

Marcel is an exceptional athlete with a background in basketball, track and field and cross country. Her time in the Army propelled her to unlock her true strength through structure and discipline. She uses this knowledge to empower her students of all levels—from the beginner to the experienced runner.

Joslyn Thompson Rule

A lifelong athlete, Joslyn finds confidence in fitness and running that no one can take away. She believes exercise should be accessible for everyone and has built her career around coaching others to find the confidence to pursue their own goals and cherish their unique bodies—wherever they are on their fitness journey.
