Join the Peloton community as we celebrate the completion of the Peloton × Respin research study. Together, Respin & Peloton are advancing the conversation around women’s health during perimenopause and menopause, bringing scientifically validated solutions and mainstream visibility to an often-overlooked life stage.
This special event features two in-studio Sprint Interval Training classes, designed to help members feel stronger and empowered. Classes will be followed by a panel conversation with Peloton instructors Susie Chan and Christine D’Ercole and wellness experts from Respin, who will discuss how exercise can improve menopause- related symptoms, why it matters and how this program came to life.

Dr. Elizabeth Knight is an integrative health coach, educator, scientist, and nurse practitioner with over fifteen years experience working in healthcare. As a nurse practitioner, she has deep knowledge of preventive healthcare, health education, and how the healthcare system works (and doesn’t work). She holds both a clinical Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a PhD in Nursing Science. She has expertise in translational research, symptom science, and women’s cardiovascular health.
Dr. Sarah de la Torre is a double board-certified Women’s Health and Hormone expert and a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner who has over 24 years of clinical experience helping women find hormone balance and optimal wellness. She is considered a thought-leader among her peers in the field of gynecology, menopause, and wellness and has been a consultant for over a decade with several startups and large international companies in the female health and wellness space.Â
