These terms and conditions are the terms which shall apply to your entry into Peloton’s Prize Draw (the “Terms”). By entering into the Peloton Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) with the requested information you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

The Promoter

1. The Promoter of the Prize Draw is Peloton Interactive UK Limited, 1 Langley Street, London WC2H 9JG (“Peloton”).

Entrance eligibility

2. The Prize Draw is open to anyone over the age of 18 and resident in the United Kingdom who has signed up to receive email marketing from Peloton, except for employees of Peloton, their immediate families, its associated companies and anyone else professionally connected with this Prize Draw. 
3. Entry to this Prize Draw shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms. 

Entering the Prize Draw 

4. To enter the Prize Draw, you must access the link to the website https://event.onepeloton.com/pelotonxtlsdraw or scan the QR code for the Prize Draw  between the opening and closing dates of the Prize Draw. You will need to provide your name and email address in the entry form, and click ‘submit’.
5. Internet access is required to enter the Prize Draw.
6. All entrants are limited to one (1) entry each.  Any entrants who are found to have made multiple entries will be disqualified by Peloton and may at Peloton’s sole discretion be prohibited from entering any future prize draws run by Peloton.
7. The Prize Draw shall open on April 1st 2026 at 00:00 GMT and close on June 29th 2026 at 23:59 GMT. Any entries received after the closing time, shall not be counted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt.
8. Peloton will not accept responsibility for any entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause.

The Prize

9. There is one prize available in total, consisting of one Peloton Cross Training Bike+ and three (3) months’ All-Access Membership (the “Prize”). 
10. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or other alternative is offered. The Prize shall be for the winner’s personal use only.
11. Any expenses incurred by the winner in connection with the Prize (unless otherwise stated in the Terms) shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
12. In the event that Peloton needs to substitute the Prize, Peloton shall in its sole discretion substitute the Prize for another prize of equal or greater value. 

The Winner

13. All valid and, if applicable, correct entries received by the closing date of the Prize Draw will be entered into a draw and the winner(s) of the Prize Draw shall be randomly selected by an independent person. Once the winner(s) have been selected, Peloton will contact the winner(s) by email within 5 days of the closing date using the details provided to enter the Prize Draw. 
14. Peloton will not be liable for its inability to contact a successful entrant as a result of any mistakes or errors in the contact details provided by an entrant. 
15. If the winner does not claim the Prize within 7 days of being notified they are the winner or decline the Prize, the winner will forfeit their right to the Prize and Peloton shall be entitled in its sole discretion to draw a replacement winner.
16. Peloton will deliver the Prize to the winner within 28 days of the winner claiming the Prize. All costs associated with the delivery of the Prize shall be the responsibility of Peloton. 

General 

17. Peloton reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe that they have breached any of these Terms. For the avoidance of doubt, this shall include, but not be limited to, entrants suspected of or engaging in fraudulent activity or any entrants suspected of or engaging in improper actions in relation to the Prize Draw.
18. Peloton reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw and these Terms at any time and without prior notice. An entrant shall be deemed to have accepted amended terms by continuing to participate in the Prize Draw. 
19. Peloton, and any of its affiliates or any other persons or employees associated with these companies/persons will not be liable to any entrant or winner or to any other person in the event that all or any part of the Prize Draw or Terms are cancelled or amended in any way, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and all other matters relating to the Prize Draw, the decision of Peloton shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into. 
21. Peloton does not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered howsoever arising from the Prize Draw, whether due to any errors or omissions or other cause by Peloton, its employees, agents or others to the fullest extent permitted by law. 

22. Peloton All-Access Membership (£45/mo) required to access all Peloton content and applicable features on the Peloton Bike+.
23. Personal data supplied by the entrants shall be stored and processed in accordance with Peloton’s Privacy Policy, the most current version of which can be found here: https://www.onepeloton.co.uk/privacy-policy.  
24. By taking part in this Prize Draw, the winner consents to be identified as the winner if legally required. 
25. This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with The Longevity Show.  
26. These Terms shall be governed exclusively by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
