ELIGIBILITY: Peloton Teacher Appreciation Week Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) open only to legal residents of the forty-eight continental (48) United States and District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age or older.  Void in Hawaii, Alaska, and where prohibited by law. Employees and their immediate families (parent, child, spouse or sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside, and those living in their same households, whether or not related) of Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. 

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) on 4/14/2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on 4/26/2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, there are two (2) ways to enter. Form Entry: Complete and submit an electronic entry form available at https://www.event.onepeloton.com/tawnycsweepstakes to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. All entries made via this method must be received by 11:59 pm ET on 4/26/2026 to be eligible.  Or, Email Entry: Submit an email containing your name, address, and email address to globalevents@onepeloton.com.  Email entries must be sent electronically by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period.  Limit one (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries will be void. Entries generated by script, mechanical, macro or other automated means, or by any means which subvert the entry process are void.  Entries become the sole property of Sponsor. 

DRAWING:  Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing held on or about 4/27/2026 from all eligible entries received (“Prize Drawing”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via electronic mail no later than 4/28/2026, and may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, unless prohibited, Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9. If a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within five (5) days of the initial notification, return all required documents within this time period, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. 

PRIZE (1): A total of one (1) prize package will be awarded, inclusive of:

One (1) $1000 prepaid credit card which may be used as a travel stipend to attend a live Peloton Class at Peloton Studios, New York (“PSNY”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.00.
One (1) entry into a PSNY class at Peloton Studios, New York, NY. ARV $35.00.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,035.00. 

Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied.   All federal, state and local taxes, if any, and all other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to travel, transportation, lodging, meals, and any other expenses in excess of the $1,000 prepaid credit card value incurred in connection with attending the PSNY class, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer a prize, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. 

Winner and Sponsor will coordinate scheduling of the PSNY class at a mutually agreeable date, subject to class availability. 

Winner may be required to complete an IRS W-9 tax form for the total ARV of the prize in order to be eligible to receive the prize.

PUBLICITY GRANT: Each winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for Sponsor and its designees to use his/her name, city and state of residence, photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in all media now known or hereafter discovered, in any manner, worldwide in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. 

RELEASE OF LIABILITY:  By participating, entrant releases, indemnifies and holds harmless Sponsor, and any other companies or related parties associated with this Sweepstakes, and each of its and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, owners, members, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents (each a “Releasee” and collectively the, “Releasees”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, threatened or actual injury, loss or damage to any person, including sickness, disease, death and disability arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use and/or misuse of any prize. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, delayed, inaccurate, illegible, garbled, stolen or incomplete Entries, emails, posts, comments, or communications of any kind; or for Entries not received for any reason or for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alterations of Sweepstakes-related materials; or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive registration or other information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or social platform or any combination thereof; or for any other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing or judging of Entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. If there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any Entry at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the Sweepstakes), and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and determine the winners from among all non-suspect Entries received up to time of such action using the winner determination procedure set forth above or as it deems fair and appropriate. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein by any force majeure event, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, public health emergency, national emergency, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, provided these events qualify as force majeure events, then Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAWS AND REGULATIONS. 

CHOICE OF LAW. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, excluding conflicts of laws principles.

WINNERS LIST: For a winners list (first name, last initial and state of residence), send a hand-printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Instructor Integration and Events Team 441 9th Ave, ℅ 6th Floor Mail Room, New York, New York 10001. All requests must be received by no later than 30 days after the end of the Sweepstakes.
