Peloton, together with The Longevity Show (as their Official Movement Partner) will be hosting a morning of movement and conversation, directly from Peloton Studios London.
The Longevity Show is a global event dedicated to health, longevity, and human performance, bringing together leading experts, brands, and innovators shaping the future of how we live longer and better.
Taking place in London on 26-27 June 2026 and welcoming over 4,000 attendees, the show combines a senior industry conference with an immersive consumer experience, featuring talks, fitness and recovery experiences, diagnostics, nutrition, and cutting-edge health technologies. The Longevity Show is where science, wellness, fitness, and technology come together to help people live better for longer.
Come together with the community and learn about your longevity runway. We’re kicking things off with a deep dive into the Peloton App experience, starting the morning with an energizing 30-minute pre-recorded Pilates class in the studio foyer. Capacity is limited, you don’t want to miss this, be sure to reserve yours early. Mats will be provided.
Finish your morning with an inspiring chat on fitness, wellbeing, and living stronger for longer. Moderated by Simon Gilchrist, Founder of Mayfair Health, Consultant Physiotherapist, alongside Peloton Instructor Sam Yo and Dan Hancock, Wellness and Fitness Expert. Capacity will be a mixture of seated and standing.
The studio's coffee cart will be open to purchase hot beverages, and complimentary treats from partners from the Longevity Show, London Nootropics and Boundless will also be available.

Physiotherapist and founder of Mayfair Health, Simon brings over 25 years of experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, complex pain and health optimisation.
He specialises in helping individuals move better, recover with confidence and perform at their best, combining clinical expertise with a modern, data-driven approach to care.
A student of many disciplines, Sam leads his classes with dashing showmanship that motivates Members to reach their best. As a former Buddhist monk with over 20 years experience in entertainment and 15 years in fitness, he provides technical training and amusement, with a dash of serenity.
He uses these characteristics in his classes to leave you feeling centered and focused on pushing yourself further.
Dan is a wellness and fitness expert and the creator of the world’s first mental health certification for fitness professionals.
His work focuses on bridging the gap between exercise and mental wellbeing, helping coaches and individuals use movement as a tool to build resilience, confidence and long-term health.
