Join us at The Power-Up, your essential warm-up event expertly designed to prepare your body and mind for HYROX Americas Regional Championships in Washington DC. We’re combining a customized HYROX-approved mobility shakeout with expert insights from Peloton Tread & Strength Instructor Andy Speer to get you dialed in and ready to race.
This experience includes:
1) An exclusive 30-minute mobility class with Peloton Instructor Andy Speer.
2) A Q&A to ask all of those burning pre-race questions, and hear critical tips, coaching, and strategies for race-day success.
3) A post-workout mix and mingle with grab & go bites to fuel up and meet fellow competitors.
4) A complimentary gift bag from Peloton and Hilton.

Q: How do I register for the event?
A: You can register by clicking the "RSVP" button on this page and following the instructions to complete your registration.
Q: Is there an age requirement to participate?
A: Yes, participants must be at least 18 years old.
Q: How many sessions can I attend?
A: You may only register for one session.
Q: Is there a deadline to register?
Registration will be open until we reach capacity. We recommend securing your spot as soon as possible!
Q: Is there a cost to attend?
A: Spots for this event are complimentary.
Q: How do I know that my ticket was booked?
A: After you register, you will receive an email confirmation indicating that your ticket was successfully booked. Stay tuned for additional details that will follow prior to the event!
Q: Can I cancel my ticket?
A: Tickets can be cancelled by reaching out to GlobalEvents@OnePeloton.com. Please note, tickets will not be transferrable for this event.
Q: Do I have to be a Peloton Member to be able to register?
A: No, you do not have to be a Peloton Member to register for this event.
Q: When do I need to arrive?
A: Please review your confirmation e-mail for your check-in time based off of your session.
Q: What should I wear and bring?
A: Please wear whatever you're most comfortable in.
• Please avoid bringing outside bags or external items, as there will be limited space to store them during the class.
• No outside food or drinks is allowed.
Q: Is there parking available at the venue?
A: Valet parking is available at the hotel, with a max rate of $73 plus tax. There are also a number of self-parking garages in the area with lower rates
Q: Is there a dedicated drop-off area for ride share?
A: Please have ride share drop offs leave you in front of the hotel on 16th Street.
Q: What else does my ticket include?
A: A mobility workout, Q&A, community mix & mingle and a complimentary swag bag.
Q: What facilities are available at the venue?
A: There will be toilets for guest to use located inside. Please note, there will not be shower facilities available.
Q: Is there a handle to share on social media?
A: We encourage everyone to tag @pelotonstudios throughout your event experience.
Q: Will I get to meet my Instructor?
A: There will be a group photo opportunity after class with the Instructor. We will not be operating an individual photo line.
• Please respect the Instructor’s space.
• Do not touch the Instructor unless they express consent.
• The only thing in your photo should be you and the Instructor.
• If you have any items/gifts for the Instructor a Peloton staff member will gladly receive it and pass it off to our security team.
